Sometimes, the best solution to providing space for a growing business is not to construct a new structure, but to renovate one that’s already there. That’s what we did with Tillamook Family Counseling Center’s expanding program for developmentally disabled adults. This fast track project went from our first discussion with the client to occupancy in less than a year, and provided 2,800 square feet of much-needed office and support spaces that include a reception area, conference space, a mail room, and break areas. Our design emphasized good daylighting acoustical privacy for all offices, efficient use of space, and using wood as a natural material to give a sense of calm.
